After an induction with one of our fully qualified instructors you will be given an electronic key which will automatically set each piece of equipment in your fitness programme to the exact level that you have agreed with your instructor. No more confusing set up routines, just enter your key and start your workout, it’s as simple as that. When you’ve finished, the machines even tell you which machine is next on your programme.

After each workout, all your data is automatically stored on our fitness suite computer so your instructor can monitor how well you’re doing and adjust your programme as and when required to achieve your fitness goals.
