The Studio

The Oasis Health Club runs a fitness centre that offers a fantastic range of fitness sessions for all ages and capabilities, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. We are sure we can offer you a fitness class that will help you achieve your goals.

Our timetable below lists all our weekly classes, courses include Spinning, Water Aerobics, Pilates and Studio.

Exercise Specials

25 minute specials. Maximum of 8 people per class (members must be fully warmed up prior to class). No bookings required. Various Classes will be displayed weekly in reception.
